Trust Board - roles & responsibilities
Trust Board - roles & responsibilities

Working for the Trust

As part of the Trusts review of the corporate governance structures and processes at York City (known as Project Spirit), the Trust Board has reviewed its own operations.  One of the results of the review has been a formalisation of the roles and responsibilities of Trust Board members - see the summary table below.  These are expected to evolve further over time.  This structure aims to improve the effective operation of the Trust Board, working relations with the Club Board and provide more clarity to members.  Further details about Project Spirit including matters relating to the Ground Solution will be announced in due course.
