Teamselecta Bulletin - November

Manager of the Month & Current standing tables...

TEAMSELECTA UPDATE - NOV 03
---------------------------
Everyone who has taken part in the competition should now have received an email with the latest tables. Anyone that has not received an update, (and would like to) please email Kirsten - kirsten@ycst.org.uk to be added to the distribution list.

Below is the Manager of the Month Bulletin.
The latest tables (MOTM & LATEST STANDINGS) are in pdf format at the bottom of this bulletin).

Thanks again to Mike Grant for producing the bulletin!

MANAGER OF THE MONTH - NOVEMBER
-------------------------------

The competition is really hotting up now, with four entrants tying on 128 points in the month for the much coveted accolade of Manager of the Month and the accompanying 10 voucher to be spent in the club shop.

In the event of a tie, we take the official rulings as the way to decide positions – goals for and goals against.

So on that basis the top four this month are:

Fourth: S.J.Heels(Goals for 109, Goals against 78)
Third: James Hutchinson(for 109,against 76)
Second: Jerry Farmer(Goals for 111)

And the undisputed Manager of the Month, with a staggering Goals for total of 122 is none other than PAUL BRAMNER.

Well done Paul, a 10 voucher is on its way.

And now...for the Hall of Shame.

Over the month there have been many dismal performances but one which deserves a special mention is that of Mr. R. K. Dean, who has two teams in the bottom five, his number three team in fifth bottom place gaining a paltry 90 points and his number four team an even worse 83 points in second bottom place.
K. Stanford is fourth bottom with 85 points, and good to see that the ladies can be as appalling as the men. Congratulations Lyndsay Hammond, third bottom with 84 points.

But we do have a clear and undisputed master of mediocrity lying five points clear at the bottom with a miserable 78 points.
Take a bow, Saul Richman! You win the plastic spoon award. (use it to stir your tea!)

On the cumulative points front, the table is being led by:

First: S.J.Heels 324 points (Sorry no prize for being on top until the end!)
Second: N. Young 311 points (Goals for 294)
Third: Paul Bramner 311 points (Goals for 292)
Fourth: Eric Poole 8: 310 points
Fifth: Eric Poole 2: 309 points

And the consistent under achievers are:

Third bottom: J.E. Sleightholme 224 points
Second bottom: Angie Salter 224 points
Bottom: Saul Richman 211 points (Please re-read insulting comments above, they now apply even more!)

Regards, Mike Grant.
